The exhibition Throwing Shapes curated by Ryan Turley for the Art Austerlitz 2021 season
took place in an historic 19th century church in Austerlitz, NY. The unusual venue presented
the challenge of a space filled with church pews. With my installation “Offerings”, I chose
to treat a section of the pews as pedestals for a large number of small sculptural objects.
